Baking soda toilet bowl cleaner

I clean several homes that have a septic system, so using toxic cleaners is a no-go. Baking soda is a great natural cleaner and deodorizing agent and very cost effective to make.
  • Stir together 1 and 2/3 cups of baking soda, 1/2 cup of dish soap and 1/2 of water.
  • Use a fork to stir the solution until all the lumps are dissolved.
  • Pour the solution into a squirt bottle and shake thoroughly. An empty dish soap bottle works well.
  • Flush the toilet bowl, if needed.
  • Spray the solution into the newly flushed toilet bowl and scrub with a toilet brush.

I appreciate that you explained baking soda is an excellent natural cleanser and deodorizer that can be made at home for a low cost. My best friend is looking for some info, this should help him. I appreciate that you helped me learn more about toilet deodorizer.

This is one of those diy cleaning remedies you see on the internet. But some of them does not work the way the videos tell us it does. Though this one might surprise you.
